If a future 3rd Space Dating application is launched and requires the collection or processing of additional categories of personal information, this Privacy Policy or an applicable supplemental privacy notice may be updated before or when those practices begin.
For purposes of applicable privacy laws, 3rdSpaceDating LLC is generally the entity responsible for determining how and why personal information covered by this Policy is processed, except where a third-party provider independently determines its own processing practices.

Other information you choose to provide.
You are not required to provide personal information merely to browse portions of the Website. However, certain information may be necessary to purchase a product, receive a digital product, join a waitlist, subscribe to communications, request support, or use other Website features.
2. Supporter Badge Purchase Information
When you purchase a 3rd Space Dating Supporter Badge, we may collect or receive information reasonably necessary to process and administer the transaction, including:
Your name;
Email address;
Billing information;
Order number;
Transaction identifier;
Supporter Badge tier or product selected;
Purchase date;
Purchase amount;
Payment status;
Refund, cancellation, or dispute information;
Digital-delivery information; and
Communications relating to the purchase.
Supporter Badges are digital products. No physical shipping address is required solely for shipment of a Supporter Badge because no physical product is shipped unless a product listing expressly states otherwise.
A billing address or similar information may nevertheless be collected or processed where required by a payment processor, financial institution, fraud-prevention system, tax requirement, or other legitimate transaction-related process.
3. Payment Information
Payments may be processed through third-party payment-processing providers.
Depending on the payment method and checkout configuration, payment information such as a credit-card number, debit-card number, bank information, digital-wallet information, or other payment credentials may be submitted directly to a payment provider rather than directly to 3rd Space Dating.
3rd Space Dating may receive information associated with the transaction, such as:
Your name;
Billing information;
Payment status;
Transaction or payment identifier;
Amount paid;
Refund information;
Fraud or risk indicators; and
Other information reasonably necessary to administer the transaction.
Third-party payment providers may process personal information according to their own terms, privacy policies, and legal obligations.
4. Tier 2 and Tier 3 Personalized Supporter Badges
Certain Tier 2 and Tier 3 Supporter Badge packages include a personalized digital PNG badge displaying the purchaser's approved full name.
To provide this service, we may collect and process:
The purchaser's submitted full name;
The spelling, capitalization, and punctuation requested for that name;
The purchaser's email address;
The applicable order information;
Communications relating to personalization;
Corrections or clarification requests; and
Reasonable verification information where necessary to confirm or complete the personalization.
The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate personalization information.
Supporter Badge products are licensed to the individual purchaser and are not intended to be personalized or transferred as gifts to another person except where 3rd Space Dating expressly provides otherwise.
We may request clarification or reasonable verification if submitted information appears incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent with an order, or appears to request personalization for another person.
5. Refund, Cancellation and Customer-Support Information
If you contact 3rd Space Dating regarding a cancellation, refund, duplicate charge, incorrect product, personalization issue, delivery problem, corrupted file, or other support matter, we may collect information necessary to investigate and resolve the request.

Email address used for the purchase;
Order number;
Supporter Badge tier or option purchased;
Description of the issue;
Relevant transaction information;
Relevant personalization information;

Other information reasonably necessary to verify the order or investigate the issue.
We may use this information to provide a replacement or corrected file, restore access, investigate a billing problem, issue an approved refund, prevent fraud, document the resolution, enforce applicable purchase terms, or comply with legal obligations.
Refund and cancellation eligibility is governed by the applicable Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy, Supporter Badge Instructions & License Terms, and applicable law.
6. Waitlist, Newsletter and Marketing Information
If you voluntarily join a waitlist, subscribe to a newsletter, request updates, or otherwise consent to receive promotional communications, we may collect information such as:
Your name;
Email address;
Communication preferences;
Date and method of sign-up; and
Information regarding interactions with communications where permitted by law.
We may use this information to send news, development updates, product announcements, surveys, marketing communications, or other information relating to 3rd Space Dating.
Where required, marketing communications will include an unsubscribe or preference-management method.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not prevent us from sending communications reasonably necessary to complete or administer a transaction you requested.
For example, after purchasing a Supporter Badge, you may still receive:
Order confirmations;
Payment-related communications;
Digital-delivery messages;
Personalization questions;
Customer-support responses;
Refund or cancellation communications; or
Important notices concerning the transaction.
A Supporter Badge purchase does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive unrelated promotional marketing where separate consent or another lawful basis is required.
