Return Policy

Effective Date: September 8, 2026

This Return Policy applies to digital Supporter Badge products sold by 3rdSpaceDating LLC, doing business as 3rd Space Dating ("3rd Space Dating," "we," "us," or "our").

3rd Space Dating Supporter Badge purchases are purchases of the specific digital PNG badge files described in the applicable product listing and Supporter Badge Instructions & License Terms. They are not purchases of physical merchandise, investments, donations, subscriptions, memberships, equity, or present or future access to the 3rd Space Dating application.

1. Digital Products — No Physical Returns

All current 3rd Space Dating Supporter Badges are digital products.

There is no physical merchandise to return, no original-packaging requirement, and no return-shipping requirement. Please do not mail a Supporter Badge return to 3rd Space Dating.

A digital badge is considered delivered when the applicable PNG file is made available to the purchaser through the delivery method disclosed on the product listing, checkout page, download page, order-confirmation message, email, or other applicable fulfillment method.

2. 14-Day Return and Refund Policy

A purchaser may request a return and full refund within 14 calendar days of the purchase date, provided the request includes the applicable order number.

The 14-day return period begins on the purchase date.

The 14-day policy applies whether or not the Supporter Badge has already been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or otherwise made available.

Delivery or access to the digital product does not, by itself, terminate the 14-day return period.

A purchaser requesting a refund within the applicable 14-day period is not required to physically return anything because Supporter Badges are digital products.

Nothing in this Policy limits any longer or additional refund, cancellation, withdrawal, warranty, or consumer right required by applicable law.

3. Requests Made More Than 14 Days After Purchase

A return or refund request received more than 14 calendar days after the purchase date is not eligible under 3rd Space Dating's voluntary 14-day return policy, except where a refund, cancellation, correction, replacement, or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Purchasers experiencing a billing error, unauthorized charge, duplicate technical charge, missing or inaccessible file, corrupted file, or incorrect delivered product should still contact 3rd Space Dating so the issue can be investigated.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.

4. Delivery Problems and Incorrect Files

Please contact 3rd Space Dating if:

  • You received a different Supporter Badge tier or badge option from the one purchased;

  • A promised digital badge was not delivered;

  • The delivered PNG file is corrupted, inaccessible, or unusable;

  • You cannot access the delivery method identified for your purchase; or

  • Another technical problem prevents you from receiving the digital product purchased.

3rd Space Dating may attempt to resolve the problem by restoring access, supplying the correct file, replacing a corrupted file, or otherwise completing delivery.

These resolution efforts do not eliminate a purchaser's right to request a full refund during the applicable 14-day return period.

5. Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors

Purchasers are permitted to intentionally purchase the same Supporter Badge or Supporter Badge option more than once.

However, if the same order or transaction was charged multiple times because of a verified technical, payment-processing, or billing error rather than separate purchases intentionally completed by the purchaser, please contact 3rd Space Dating so the issue can be investigated.

A billing-error investigation does not limit any right or remedy available under applicable law or through the applicable payment provider.

6. Multiple Purchases of the Same Badge

Each separately completed Supporter Badge purchase is a separate purchase of the digital product described in the applicable product listing and Supporter Badge Instructions & License Terms.

Purchasing the same badge more than once does not provide or create:

  • A different or additional badge design;

  • A unique edition or supporter number;

  • Additional or expanded license rights;

  • Exclusivity or priority;

  • Customization or personalization;

  • Public recognition;

  • Present or future app access;

  • Investment, ownership, or financial rights;

  • Future benefits; or

  • Any other extra or special benefit.

The files supplied through separate purchases may therefore be identical.

Each separately completed purchase remains eligible for the 14-day return and refund policy applicable to that purchase.

After the applicable 14-day return period has expired, a purchaser's voluntary decision to purchase the same badge more than once is not, by itself, grounds for a refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

This section does not apply to a verified duplicate charge caused by a technical or payment-processing error.

7. No Personalization or Customization Included

Current Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 Supporter Badge products are supplied as described in the applicable Supporter Badge Instructions & License Terms.

Unless a future product listing and the applicable Supporter Badge Instructions & License Terms expressly state otherwise, a Supporter Badge purchase does not include:

  • The purchaser's name;

  • Custom text;

  • Personalized text;

  • Design alterations;

  • Color changes;

  • Unique identifiers; or

  • Other personalization or customization.

A request for personalization or customization does not alter the product purchased or create an obligation for 3rd Space Dating to provide customized work.

8. Supporter Badges Are Not Gifts

Supporter Badge products are licensed only to the individual purchaser for that purchaser's own permitted personal, noncommercial use.

Unless 3rd Space Dating expressly states otherwise in writing in a future product offering, Supporter Badge purchases may not be purchased, designated, delivered, transferred, sublicensed, or resold as gifts to another person.

Purchasing a badge for another person does not create license rights for that person.

9. Supporter Purchases and Future 3rd Space Dating Development

A Supporter Badge purchase is a purchase of the specific digital badge product described at the time of sale.

Purchasing a Supporter Badge does not guarantee:

  • Development or launch of the 3rd Space Dating application;

  • Any particular application feature;

  • Future application access;

  • Beta, priority, or premium access;

  • A profile badge or account feature;

  • Membership or subscription benefits;

  • Public recognition;

  • Financial return or repayment;

  • Ownership or equity in 3rd Space Dating; or

  • An investment interest.

A purchaser may exercise the 14-day return and refund right regardless of the reason for requesting the return.

After the applicable 14-day return period has expired, dissatisfaction with the future development, funding, timing, launch, non-launch, availability, design, features, or direction of 3rd Space Dating is not, by itself, grounds for a refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

10. How to Request a Return or Refund

A return or refund request under the 14-day policy must include the order number.

You may also include, when applicable:

  • Your full name;

  • The email address used for the purchase;

  • The Supporter Badge tier or option purchased; and

  • A brief description of the request or issue.

3rd Space Dating may request reasonable information necessary to locate or verify the applicable order or investigate a billing or technical issue.

If a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method. The time required for an approved refund to appear may depend on the payment processor, card issuer, bank, digital-wallet provider, or other financial institution.

11. Effect of a Full Refund

If a full refund is issued for a Supporter Badge purchase after the digital badge has already been delivered or made available, the license associated with that refunded purchase terminates unless applicable law requires otherwise.

The purchaser must stop displaying, distributing, or otherwise using the badge pursuant to the refunded purchase and must delete or destroy copies obtained through that purchase, except to the extent retention is required by law.

If the purchaser separately holds another valid, non-refunded license for the same badge, termination of the refunded purchase does not, by itself, terminate the rights independently granted through the separate non-refunded purchase.

12. International Purchasers

3rd Space Dating is based in the United States but may receive purchases or Website visits from individuals located outside the United States where such transactions are lawfully permitted.

The voluntary 14-day return policy described above is intended to provide a consistent baseline return period for eligible Supporter Badge purchases.

Purchasers located outside the United States may have additional mandatory rights under the consumer-protection laws applicable to them, including rights concerning digital content, cancellation, withdrawal, conformity, statutory warranties, refunds, or remedies.

Nothing in this Return Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, shorten, or waive a mandatory consumer right that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.

If applicable local law provides a purchaser with a longer return, withdrawal, cancellation, or remedy period than this Policy, or otherwise provides rights inconsistent with this Policy, the applicable mandatory legal requirement will control.

Purchasers are responsible for complying with laws applicable to their own acquisition and permitted use of the Supporter Badge.

13. Mandatory Consumer Rights

This Policy does not exclude, restrict, disclaim, or waive any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, statutory warranty, conformity right, consumer remedy, or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.

Where applicable law gives a purchaser mandatory rights that conflict with this Policy, the mandatory requirements of that law control.

14. Relationship to Other 3rd Space Dating Terms

Supporter Badge purchases may also be subject to:

  • The applicable product listing and checkout information;

  • The applicable Supporter Badge Instructions & License Terms;

  • The Terms & Conditions; and

  • The Privacy Policy.

The applicable Supporter Badge Instructions & License Terms govern the purchaser's license, permitted uses, prohibited uses, and other product-specific license requirements.

This Return Policy governs the voluntary 14-day return period and related refund matters.

Nothing in another 3rd Space Dating document should be interpreted to shorten the 14-day return period expressly provided by this Policy and the current Supporter Badge Instructions & License Terms.
